Account Insurance
Client securities in accounts custodied by Raymond James & Associates are protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) up to $500,000, including up to $100,000 in cash, in the event of a firm’s liquidation.  An additional $49.5 million of protection, including up to another $900,000 for cash awaiting investment, is provided by Asset Guaranty Insurance Company. On July 21, 2000 an additional $50 million of protection was purchased from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, a company with an AA-Standard and Poor’s and A+A.M. Best and AA Fitch rating, providing a total of $100 million. This does not protect against market fluctuations.
